Call Agent AI provides AI-powered call handling, routing, transcription, and automation services. Features vary by subscription plan.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. Billing & Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Additional usage beyond your plan's included minutes is billed at your plan's per-minute rate. Automatic top-ups occur at 20% remaining balance.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Call Agent AI for any unlawful purpose, to harass or spam callers, or to violate any applicable telecommunications regulations.
6. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Call Agent AI are owned by CallAgentAI Inc. and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Call Agent AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and data will be retained per our data retention policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
